• Professional consultation and selection of floorplans, options, and colors tailored to fit your needs.
• Site evaluation. Our construction coordinator will meet you on your site to discuss placement of your home, utility connections, foundation options, and the costs associated with these items. This is a step that most of our competitors skip, but we think that it's one of the most important steps of the home buying process because it can prevent problems in the future.
• Site Improvements. These include lot cleaning, excavation work, foundations, and water/sewer/gas/electric connections. Fiesta Homes will oversee and arrange for these improvements so you don't have to.
• Service after the sale. Our in-house service team will personally perform a one-time customer orientation and walk-through with each new customer. After your home is set and connected to utilities we will meet you on site and discuss all the details of your home. We will address any issues and schedule a service crew to perform any warranty repairs.
• Custom Floor Plans. Modify an existing floorplan or bring us your own. We can have it built. HUD or modular specifications.
• Bank Financing. We have local and national lenders that specialize in manufactured or modular home loans. We do the work for you.
